You grant permission to Fat Possum Records the rights of your submitted image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of your voice as recorded used within the Video without payment or any other consideration. You understand that the submitted image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the Video wherein your likeness appears.

You waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the submitted image or recording as embodied in the Video. You understand your submission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you as embodied in the Video may be electronically displayed via the Internet. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where the Video may be distributed.
